Former Dy. Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Internationally renowned expert in Sea Food Processing and Quality Control. Dr. Gopakumar is currently the head of Dept., Food Science & Technology of KUFOS (Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies), Kochi. He is the Chairman of the Board of Advisors.

Dr D D Nambudiri

Former Dean , Kerala Fisheries College, Panangad and currently Adjunct Professor , Dept. of Food Science & Technology, Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies, Kochi. At present he is the President of the Cochin Chapter of Association of Food Scientist and Technologists, (AFSTI).

Dr P T Mathew

Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS)

Former Principal Scientist and Head of Division (Fish Processing), Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Govt. of India (ICAR) and currently Adjunct Professor of Department of Marine Chemistry and Faculty of Food Science and Technology, School of Ocean Science and Technology (SOST). He has more than 35 years of experience in Sea Food Processing and Quality Control.

Dr C Kunhikrishnan Nair

Former Head of the Cashew Export Promotion Council Laboratory & Quality Evaluation Laboratory, Spices Board

Former Senior Scientist, Head of Quality Evaluation Lab of Spices Board and later Principal Scientist and head of the CEPCI Laboratory & Research Institute of Cashew Export Promotion Council. 

Prof. P R Poduval

Former DEAN, School of Social Sciences, CUSAT

Formerly Director, school of Management studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology and Dean, School of Social Sciences, CUSAT. He is actively involved in the human resource development of the laboratory and has designed several programmes for the technologists, top management and also food processing industry personnel.
